Lidingö Köpcentrum is the dominating retail asset in the municipality of Lidingö, situated to the Northeast of central Stockholm. The area where the centre is located will undergo significant development during the coming years.

The asset was divested to Grosvenor, in March 2018.
During the lifetime of the investment a plan for further expansion of the asset by potentially 30.000 sqm was initiated. Furthermore the residential part of the asset was divested to a Tenant Ownership Association.
