The acquisition was made in the autumn 2013 with Starwood Capital Group as the capital partner, and the asset was sold to CBRE GIP in February 2017. The Bromma Blocks retail area is situated in the municipality of Stockholm in the North-western part of the City of Stockholm. The investment offered significant development potential, and Vencom improved the performance of the galleria and worked with the municipality to obtain a building permit for and extension by approx. 25.000 sqm, which was achieved before the exit.
