About Vencom
Vencom was founded in 1994 and started out as an advisory firm present in the fields of financially related advisory services and strategic business development. From early on property, property development and consumer related goods and services became important focus areas.
PROPERTY
Vencom Property Partners acts as an investor, developer, asset, and property manager in the Nordic countries. Investments are primarily made in partnership with institutional investors.
Vencom is active in different property segments such as office, retail, light industrial, warehouse and logistics. As a consequence of an extensive knowledge and experience from the retail industry Vencom has successfully developed and actively managed retail related investments and projects over time.
Furthermore, Vencom has significant experience in the field of residential development as a founder and owner of Aros Bostadsutveckling AB.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Vencom has been following the Nordic Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sector during the last decade and in early 2019 Vencom decided to take a more active role in this field.
Vencom Infrastructure Partners offers advisory services to Nordic as well as international investors, such as institutions, funds and family offices interested in the Nordic Renewable energy sector. Vencom is taking an active role in this field on a long-term basis, building long term relationships based on the experiences and philosophy gained since the start of the company.
The Vencom team also have hands on experience from managing wind power assets.
