The area where the centre is located will undergo significant development during the coming years.<\/p>\n<p>Antal kvadratmeter: 27 000<\/p>\n<p>Antal hyresg\u00e4ster: 43<\/p>\n<p>The asset was divested to Grosvenor, in March 2018.<br \/>\nDuring the lifetime of the investment a plan for further expansion of the asset by potentially 30.000 sqm was initiated.
