Om Vencom<\/h1>\n

Vencom Property Partners agerar som en investerare, utvecklare samt tillg\u00e5ngs- och fastighetsf\u00f6rvaltare i Norden. V\u00e5ra investeringar g\u00f6rs fr\u00e4mst i partnerskap med institutionella investerare.<\/p>\n

Vencom har varit aktiv inom olika fastighetsegment s\u00e5som detaljhandel, l\u00e4tt industri, lager, logistik samt kontorsfastigheter. Som en f\u00f6ljd av omfattande kunskap fr\u00e5n detaljhandeln har Vencom \u00f6ver tid framg\u00e5ngsrikt utvecklat och aktivt f\u00f6rvaltat investeringar och projekt inom detaljhandeln.<\/p>\n

Genom f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv av mark f\u00f6r utveckling inom l\u00e4tt industri, lager och logistik grundade Vencom under \u00e5r 2021 f\u00f6retaget Albator. Fram till sommaren 2024 har sju tillg\u00e5ngar med ett totalt utvecklat v\u00e4rde av cirka 1,2 miljarder SEK f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvats.<\/p>\n

Vidare har Vencom som grundare och \u00e4gare av\u00a0Besqab<\/a> (tidigare Aros Bostadsutveckling) \u00e4ven en betydande erfarenhet inom bostadsutveckling.<\/p>\n

Under det senaste decenniet har Vencom noggrant f\u00f6ljt sektorn f\u00f6r infrastruktur och f\u00f6rnybar energi i Norden. Tidigt under \u00e5r 2019 best\u00e4mde sig Vencom f\u00f6r att inta en aktiv roll inom omr\u00e5det, och mer specifikt inom landbaserad vindkraft.<\/p>\n
